General Education Program Assessment
Director
Dr. Wilson is an Associate Professor in the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences where she has taught in the area of Foods, Nutrition, and Dietetics. For eight years Dr. Wilson served as Director of the Graduate Dietetic Internship program; a fully accredited program. Dr. Wilson credits managing the accredited internship program for developing her interest in assessment and quality program review. Dr. Wilson’s primary research focus has been directed towards the supervised practice portion of dietetics education, with an emphasis on preceptors and evaluation. In order to assist those individuals involved in the supervised practice portion of dietetics education which focuses on competency-based education, Dr. Wilson authored a preceptor training guide published by the American Dietetic Association and has presented a variety of workshops on the topic throughout the United States. Dr. Wilson is well known nationally among dietetic educators for her interest in the assessment and evaluation of competency based educator.
Assistant Director
Mr. Fuller joined the University Assessment Office in the Summer of 2006. Prior to working at Illinois State University, Mr. Fuller served as Coordinator for Institutional Assessment at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. Mr. Fuller has also held administrative positions in Faculty Governance and Student Affairs organizations, at Texas A&M University and the University of Alaska-Southeast in Juneau, AK. In additiona, Mr. Fuller has held teaching assignments with the Mays School of Business at Texas A&M University. Mr. Fuller has experience in general education assessment, learning communities and first year experience assessment, assessment of student engagement and academic gains, assessment of diversity related learning and developmental outcomes, and support of faculty and staff needs in assessment processes. Matt's research interests include identifying and analyzing local, national, and international trends in student engagement and learning, meta-assessing the effectiveness of assessment methodologies and testing practices, and assessing diversity-related learning, developmental, and programmatic issues in Higher Education.

Graduate Assistant
Nadia Wendlandt is currently the graduate assistant for the Focus Initiative, which is a joint project between the University Assessment Office, the Center for Teaching, Learning and Technology and the Provost Office. Nadia is a graduate student in Business Administration and Foreign Languages, simultaneously. Before joining the Focus Initiative team, Nadia taught elementary German courses for ISU.
Graduate Assistant
Caroline Chemosit is a graduate assistant for Analysis & Technology at UAO. Chemosit is a Higher Educational Administration doctoral student in the department of Educational Administration and Foundation at Illinois State University. Caroline obtained her master's degree in College Student Personnel Administration from Illinois State University and a Bachelors degree in Education (Mathematics & Business studies) from Kenyatta University. Caroline has worked with ISU faculty on a variety of research project that include instrument development, data collection, data management, and statistical analyses. Her career interest includes research, teaching, and administration. Chemost is married and has two children.
Graduate Assistant
Ramya Chandrashekar is a graduate assistant at the University Assessment Office. Ramya is pursuing her Master's degree in Psychology specializing in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience. She received her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Illinois State University in 2007 where she presented an undergraduate honors thesis at the Department of Psychology Honors Colloquium.
Office Aide
Casey Wambold is a first-year student from Naperville, Illinois and is currently in the process of selecting a major. She works as an Office Aide for the University Assessment office assisting with special projects.
